SVENSKA - Bilden visar en tremasted bark i Västra dockan samt två fartyg i den Östra dockan varav den ena har både segel och ånga som framdrivning. Smedjan ståtar med sin trappstegsformade skorsten vars nedersta del finns bevarad än i denna dag! Bakom pumpstationen syns Stöttboden. Vid kajen ligger ett flertal segelfartyg för underhållsarbeten. Pumparna är i full gång och vid kajen utanför pumphuset ser man vattnet forsa ut. Klicka på bilden för att ser den i stor format!
ENGLISH - This lithograph depicts a 3-masted ship laying in the Western Dock and 2 ships in the Eastern Dock, one of which being both sail and steam driven. The smithery shows off it´s 3 step chimney, the lower part, after having been restored, exists today! Visible behind the pump station, is the STÖTTBODEN, a storage house built in the mid 18oo´s which has also been restored and is in use today. Moored along the jetty are several ships undergoing maintenance. The dock pumps are in full swing and by the jetty outside the pump station one can see the water gushing out.
